TROOPSTORM

Your account

Delete your account

You can delete your Online account and everything tied to it at any time: yourself, in the game, or by asking us by email if you can no longer sign in.

In the game

  1. Open the accountIn the Online world, go to Settings → Account and choose Delete account, under the button that signs you out.
  2. Read what goesThe page says what disappears for good: the base, the progress, the gold, the friends and the battles. The worlds kept on your device stay as they are.
  3. Confirm with your passwordType your password and press Delete for good: the account is deleted at once. If one of your battles is under way, attacking or defending, try again once it has ended.

By email

If you cannot open the game, or would rather write:

  1. Write to usSend an email to support@troopstorm.com with the subject “Delete account” and the name of your account (the one you sign in with). Write from any address: the account has no email, so we cannot send anything to it.
  2. Prove it is yoursWe send a short code to your account's inbox in the game (the messages from the studio, in the Online world). Sign in, read the code and reply to our email with it. Nobody else can read that inbox, so the code proves the account is yours.
  3. We delete itWithin 30 days of your reply, usually within a few days, we delete the account. We confirm by email when it is done. There is no way back: a deleted account cannot be restored.

What gets deleted

  • The account itself: its name, the password, the nickname, the signed-in devices and the security notices.
  • Your base, your profile (dollars, gold, research, level, missions and medals) and your place on the leaderboards.
  • Your battles and their replays, the defense logs, the surprise attacks, the survival records and the season results.
  • Your friends and duel invites, your inbox with its messages and gifts.
  • The performance summaries and crash reports the game sent from your account.

Battles you fought against other commanders stay in their logs without your name, as battles against a deleted commander. The studio's audit log of admin actions (a gift, a ban, a password change) keeps its lines; a line about your account no longer names it. To confirm with the lawyer: what the audit log may keep, and for how long.

What is not touched

  • The local worlds on your PC. They never leave your device, so we cannot delete them: remove the game's folder, %APPDATA%\frontline-rush, or uninstall the game and delete that folder.
  • Backups of the server's database, which are deleted in turn, within 30 days [to confirm].

If you cannot sign in

Write to us anyway. Without the code from the inbox we cannot be sure the account is yours, so we will ask you for details only its owner would know: when it was made, from what kind of device, your nickname, your level and your base. If they match, we delete it.

Everything about what we keep and why is in the privacy policy.
