Need a hand, commander?

A small team makes the game and answers the mail. Write in English or Romanian; you get an answer within a few days.

Report a bug

The more of this you send, the faster it gets fixed:

  • the game's version (in the corner of the title screen);
  • what you did, what you expected, what happened;
  • a screenshot or a short video;
  • for slowness: press F8 in the game, then F9, and paste the figures.

Common questions

Windows says “Windows protected your PC” when I run the installer.

The installer is not signed with a certificate yet, so Windows warns about every unknown program. Click More info, then Run anyway. The warning shows once.

The game runs slowly.
  • In Settings → Graphics, set the quality to Low or Medium. Grass, effects and weather change from the next battle.
  • On a laptop, make sure the game runs on the dedicated graphics card, not the integrated chip (Windows → Graphics settings).
  • A frame limit (also in Settings → Graphics) keeps a laptop cooler.
  • If it is still slow, send us the figures from F8 and F9.
The game does not start, or shows a black screen.

Update your graphics driver first; the game needs WebGL 2, which every driver from the last ten years has. Then try again from the shortcut. If it still fails, write to us with your Windows version and your graphics card.

Where are my saves?

Local worlds are saved on your PC, in %APPDATA%\frontline-rush. The Online world is saved on our server, tied to your account: it follows you to any PC you sign in on.

I forgot my password.

If you are still signed in on any device, change it there: Settings → Account. If you are signed out everywhere, write to us. The account has no email, so we can only give it back if you can show it is yours: when you made it, your nickname, your level, your base, the device you played from.

The game told me about a sign-in from a device I do not know.

Answer It wasn't me: the account is signed out on every other device at once. Then change your password under Settings → Account.

An update failed, or the game keeps asking to update.

Download the installer again from the download page and run it: it installs over the old version and keeps your saves.

Can I play offline?

Yes: the local worlds need no internet. The Online world needs the server, for the attacks between commanders and the leaderboards.

Is there a chat with other players?

No. There are friends, duels and an inbox for messages from the studio, and that is on purpose: the game is rated for a young audience.

Mac, Linux, phones?

Windows only, for now. Android and iOS are being built, with the same account and the same battles; the roadmap has the order. Mac and Linux are not planned yet.

How do I delete my account?

In the game, under Settings → Account → Delete account, with your password. If you cannot sign in, write to us: the steps are on Delete your account.
